The staff consists of social workers and others

free of charge

Anyone from anywhere may join the club,Ā
but there is a charge (Medicaid, Long Term
Care Insurance, Veteran’s Aid and Attendance
Benefits accepted)

Must be aged 60 and up or married to
someone aged 60 and up

Must be aged 50 or older

| You fill out a registration form before attending |
You have a Wellness Consultation by a
nurse before becoming a member

Attendees must be independent—staff
does notĀ help people do activities and staff
does not assist people in the restrooms

Members of the club are given as much helpĀ
as needed on an individual basis.
Assistance is
given in the restrooms.
