Especially about practical matters that will affect everyone if they live long enough.

The Mission of Aging With Grace is to
improve your health and 
quality of life
The staff consists of social workers and others
The staff consists of nurses and others

Exercise and fun activities are planned daily

Citizens of Fayette County may attend
free of charge
Anyone from anywhere may join the club, 
but there is a charge (Medicaid, Long Term
Care Insurance, Veteran’s Aid and Attendance
Benefits accepted)
Must be aged 60 and up or married to
someone aged 60 and up
Must be aged 50 or older

You fill out a registration form before attending

You have a Wellness Consultation by a
nurse before becoming a member
Attendees must be independent—staff
does not help people do activities and staff
does not assist people in the restrooms
Members of the club are given as much help 
as needed on an individual basis.
Assistance is
given in the restrooms.
There is no individual record keeping nor is there
any communication with your doctor
Medical records are kept and there is regular 
communication with your personal doctor
Not state licensed or inspected
Aging With Grace is a state licensed medical 
facility and inspected by the Office of the 
Inspector General
