Joys shared are joys doubled. Sorrows shared are sorrows halved. This is the time of year when most of us start thinking more of our finances in preparation of filing our taxes. The weather makes life difficult. Then there are those pesky resolutions looming over our heads. The combination can cause the winter blues.

To help you with the financial matters, Aging With Grace +50 is going to begin our Aging With Grace +50 and $tyle series beginning Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 6:30. We will have a supper salad, bread, and beverage available. Each meeting will build upon material learned in the previous session, but individuals will benefit even if they miss several meetings. We will cover the basics of living a healthy financial life, with an emphasis on women’s needs and priorities. The public is welcome.

To help you with the winter blues in general, we are offering free exercise sessions open to the public on Sundays at the clubhouse from 2-3 focusing on balance improvement; Mondays at the Bell House focusing on improving our upper body strength at 2:00 and another day for the lower body, yet to be determined.

For people over the age of 50 who would like to join a club that guarantees to take care of them as they age…doing whatever is needed to help them age according to their definition of aging with grace +50….please join our club. We provide services at the lowest cost and highest quality at the clubhouse and at your home, wherever your home may be. You may live alone, with a spouse, with a son or daughter, or at an assisted living facility.
