Work is progressing on 2100 Liberty Road, the proposed new location of Aging With Grace, Aging In Place–The Health Club for Seniors. We are working hard to pick out doors, fixtures, flooring, etc., that will promote a positive experience for the potential members of The Club.

This floor plan has already been changed for the better. The furnace and water heater are going to be moved to the attic to make more usable space.

There is a second floor that will be used for offices and a staff work/break/conference room.

We also have three small offices that will be available to rent beginning in April (projected completion date).

Work cannot begin on the outside of the building until we get the ‘go ahead’ from the planning board. Our first hearing is this Wednesday.

Renovation always reminds me of how our bodies can get into bad shape, but with effort and lots of work, we can reclaim what was lost and change our health for the better. I have renovated many spaces in my time but this is the first time I am part of a commercial space renovation. It is exciting!

May you have a fantastic week full of hope and promise….don’t forget to work on your health each day!
