I am happy that our staff is required to complete the State of Kentucky’s mandatory training for help at home helpers because we are Medicaid providers. They call it Personal Attendant Care, but it is the same as our Help At Home Services. We also do additional services such as home repair and maintenance, personal alert and surveillance systems and other services. The training material is good and staff must pass with at least a 75% to qualify to provide services.
