Some nursing students from the University of Kentucky were here this week to teach us about sleep hygiene. I am so grateful for their willingness to come and share with us. Don’t forget about the iKnow Expo tomorrow at the Lexington Center from noon to five. You can park on High Street and everything is FREE. It is the best way to learn what options are available for aging well in Lexington, Kentucky. As we all know, when it comes to senior services, one size does not fit all!

Here is the Health Star again, if you haven’t seen it already. It has all the foundations for good health. If one part of the star is not being addressed as you care for your health, it will be a lopsided and sick looking star. The star represents your body and your health. The Health Star is a tool to help you visualize your health and to remember to take care of it!
