I want to give you something, but can’t afford to spend money right now, so I am giving you some valuable knowledge instead of something material.

Here is a fact that will change your life for the better for years to come (if you apply it):

YOU MUST EXERCISE TO AGE WITH GRACE

Details:

You MUST exercise to elevate your heart rate for at least 40 sustained minutes (all at one time) for at least 4 days per week.

AND

You MUST do strength training exercises at least two days a week, alternating between muscle groups to keep your muscles as you age.

FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE

Okay, now that you know, it is up to you to do it. Only you can take the steps to age with grace. You are never too young or too old to start. If you need more info or help getting started, give me a call. Here’s a tip: Exercise is easier in a group setting. And please get your doctor’s approval before beginning any new exercise regimen.
