August 29, 2015
I’ve always wanted to sky dive. Perhaps I will someday. As with everything else, one must weigh the cost with the risks and possible outcome. Too much cost and risk at this point in time, I think, to make the possible outcome worth it.
In the meantime (until I go skydiving) I am working to make old age a pleasant and even happy experience for all concerned. I truly believe we have the answer here at the health club for seniors to so many problems facing the aged and those who care for and about them. I am putting together a power point to show at a lunch and learn that we are sponsoring at the Lexington Clinic later this week. I would be happy to share it with you too, if you will ask me. The presentation will discuss the options available locally for caring for those who aren’t safely left alone and the costs involved.
Here is our schedule for the week. I hope you will join us or schedule a time where you can come and share your passion with us.
