Tai Chi for Better Balance led by Chip Sebastian
Come learn from a pro this coming Saturday, June 9th, from 2-3 for only $3 at Aging With Grace’s +50 Clubhouse, 743 Allendale Drive, Lexington KY 40503. Chip will be teaching us basic Tai Chi moves for strength and balance improvement. Tai Chi has been shown to measureably improve strength and balance and is especially appropriate for older adults because the moves are gentle and easy on the joints. There is also an added benefit of connecting the body with the mind for improved mental focus and sharpness.
