Nutritious & Delicious

Aging With Grace, with the direction of our Dining Director and Assistant Dining Director, offers nutritious, balanced and delicious meals to our members.

Our Dining Director specializes in providing delicious meals for seniors that are designed and planned according to the Child and Adult Care Food Program guidelines.

  • 8:00-9:00 am: Breakfast
  • 12:00-1:00 pm: Dinner at Noon
  • 3:30-4:30 pm: Tea and a Tale Time

A weekly menu will be posted in our building foyer and on our website by clicking on the news tab at the top of the page, and then selecting the newsletter. The menu will always be on the third page of the newsletter.

Breakfast

The Club will have a light breakfast available from 8:00 to 9:00 am.
Meals will be individualized according to member’s dietary requirements.

Sample Menu:

Coffee, tea, milk, juice.
Quiches, hot and cold cereals, breakfast casseroles, fresh fruit, waffles, breakfast burritos, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and bacon are examples of what will be offered at breakfast time.

Dinner at Noon

A completely balanced hot meal will be served at noon Monday through Friday
Meals will be individualized according to member’s dietary requirements.

Tea and a Tale Time

A nutritious snack will be offered at 3:30pm—We call it Tea and a Tale Time because we tell jokes and funny stories while we have our refreshments: tea, coffee, iced tea, lemonade, or water served with
Fruits, finger sandwiches, cheese and crackers, healthy muffins, yogurt, sliced veggies and dips, etc.
