Even though the clocks say an hour earlier than yesterday at this time, my body still says it is tired because it thinks it is 6:00 pm. These time changes are not healthy. What can we do to eliminate them? Do they really save money?
This month is jam packed with events and seminars that I will be attending and perhaps you may want to also. Let me know if you would like more information after looking at my scribbled calendar. Don’t forget there is also an exercise class for balance improvement here at the clubhouse every Sunday at 2:00 in addition to the two classes I teach through the week at the Bell House at 2:00 on Mondays and 9:15 am on Wednesdays
We are having a Thanksgiving dinner for all of our members, staff, and family if they would like to come. Guests are welcome with an R.S.V.P. This will be our third annual Thanksgiving For All.

Last but not least, we are ramping up to offer our new line of services called Help At Home. We will soon be able to launch (God willing):
